Style Notes

Cenisia Gray

A cocktail that takes inspiration from the pure and essential lines of this look in which color takes center stage. The intense aroma of tequila is toned down by the sweetness of the yerba mate syrup. The fresh and sweet flavor of mango paired with the tart citrus leaves you with a pleasant sensation. This creation is ideal for any hour of the day, light and comfortable like a soft double cashmere coat. The slice of mango, used as a decoration, adds a touch of elegance, evoking the brilliant hue of the textured calfskin carryall with macro zipper.

COCKTAIL
50 ml Don Julio white tequila 10 ml orange juice 10 ml lemon juice 30 ml yerba mate syrup 3 drops of black tea bitter a piece of mango ice cubes to shake ice for serving
Prepare the serving ice using a form to obtain the long oval shape that is suitable for the glass. Pour all of the ingredients and ice cubes into a shaker and shake for 1 minute. Pour into the glass, adding the serving ice and a slice of mango for decoration.
For the yerba mate syrup: boil 2 handfuls of yerba mate in 500 ml of water. Add 500 g of white sugar, let it melt and then cool. Yerba mate is a plant from which mate, a customary South American drink that is always served to guests.

Serve in a crystal tumbler – this particular glass is Venetian from the 1940s.
