To purchase items on Canali's online boutique, it is not necessary to register. We recommend that you create a personal account in order to enjoy a rapid and seamless shopping experience, the possibility of adding your favorite products to a Wish List and to keep track of all of your orders and returns.
Click on a category from the main menu or get inspired by our product galleries showcased on the homepage. To find items quickly, you can also use filters or the search bar in the upper right corner of the website.
Each product page contains all information related to the item including a description, details and composition, fit and all available colors and sizes. There are also several different views of the item and you can zoom on each image to get a closer look.

Here are a few simple steps on how to place an order.
1) Within a product page, choose a color and size and add the item to your Shopping Bag. Once you are done browsing, click on the Shopping Bag icon and enter a promotional code if you have one then click "Proceed with Order".
2) Enter your e-mail address and if you are a registered user and are not already logged in, your password. You can also log in via Facebook Connect.
3) Enter your billing details or, if you are a registered user, choose from the addresses previously saved in My Account and then select a delivery option.
4) Enter a shipping address, or, if you are a registered user, choose from the addresses previously saved in My Account; orders can also be picked up from the following boutiques: Rodeo Drive in Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, The Forum Shops in Las Vegas, River Oaks in Houston, NorthPark Center in Dallas, Bal Harbour in Miami, The Shops Buckhead Atlanta, Madison Ave. in New York , and at CityCenterDC in Washington, D.C.
5) Select your preferred shipping method between Standard and Express (where available) and if desired, the gift wrapping option, which offers the possibility of including a personalized message with your order.
6) Select a payment method and enter your details.
7) Verify that all details in the summary are correct and click "Confirm Order". Within several minutes, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all of your order details and another e-mail once the package has been shipped.
Once you have completed the process, if you are not already a registered user, you will be able to choose a password and create an account so that you can track the status of your order at any moment from any device, add favorite items to your Wish List and much more.
